Service Description

ProbaBaby provides genetics-based baby prediction services using Mendelian inheritance models and AI visualization. Our predictions are for entertainment and educational purposes and should not be considered medical advice.

Credits and Purchases

• Credits are purchased through the Apple App Store
• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely
• Free credits are provided upon signup and cannot be transferred
• Credit prices may change; existing credits remain valid

User Conduct

• You must be 18 years or older to use this app
• You may only upload photos of yourself and your partner with consent
• You may not upload photos of minors or third parties without consent
• You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ProbaBaby are owned by SecretoCho Design and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Results are based on genetic probability, not certainty
• ProbaBaby is not a medical or diagnostic service
• We make no guarantees about prediction accuracy

Limitation of Liability

ProbaBaby and SecretoCho Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
